On August 26, the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University carried out the assessment of the whole school staff for the 2020-2021 academic year。This work is organized and arranged by the Human Resources Center, and all departments coordinate and cooperate to complete。The Human Resources Center used the summer vacation to make assessment plan formulation, assessment system construction, assessment system development and data import, assessment system testing and other work in advance to ensure that the assessment work was carried out smoothly and orderly。

According to the standards and forms of faculty evaluation, the assessment includes three series: first-line teacher series, staff series and management cadre series。The school staff is divided into 27 assessment groups。The school will introduce the annual work record into the evaluation system,Integrate the teacher professional development record with the existing assessment system,Combine subjective evaluation with objective evaluation,Qualitative evaluation is combined with quantitative analysis,A combination of results-oriented and procedural recording,The above four principles guide the construction of assessment and evaluation system,Make the faculty assessment more objective and comprehensive。

The school has optimized and adjusted the assessment groups on the basis of last year。The teaching and research leaders and grade leaders report to the general assembly and participate in the assessment, highlighting the problem orientation, goal orientation and effect orientation of the assessment work;Special grade teachers and municipal discipline leaders returned to the group to report on their work and assessment, focusing on reflecting the professional leading role played by special grade teachers and municipal school belts in this discipline。

10:00 am -11:30 am, each teaching and research group in the designated conference room group briefing, online evaluation。Staff of each center report their work in groups and make online evaluation according to the job description。The teachers of the teaching and research groups and departments made a careful summary of the work of the past year, and the whole reporting and evaluation process was orderly。
